Computer numerical control (CNC) has been incorporated into a variety of new technologies and machinery. One type of machine which is working with a computer numerical control is a CNC plasma cutter.
CNC plasma cutting involves cutting through electrically conductive materials by utilizing an accelerated jet of hot plasma that is directed right at the material being cut. Steel, aluminum, brass, and copper are only a handful of the types of materials that are often cut with this CNC plasma cutting method. However, other types of conductive metals can be cut with a CNC plasma cutter as well. A “CNC plasma” system is a machine that carries a plasma torch, and can move that torch in a path directed by a computer. These MS sheets and mild steel sheets confirm to various standards like ANSI, API, MSS, BS, DIN, JIS & IS standards. We can provide these MS sheets and mild steel sheets in different grades, length and weight as per the clients requirements. The thickness which we provide is 32 mm. Mild Steel is made in a similar manner to other carbon steels. Hot rolling or cold drawing will then be used to bring the mild steel down to the following size. We make all types of Mild Steel like Rod, Bars, Angles, Channels. As per client requirements and the thickness which we use is 32mm.

Type 304, with its chromium-nickel content and low carbon, is the most versatile and widely used of the austenitic stainless steels. Its alloys are all modifications of the chromium, nickel austenitic alloy. Type 304 proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability. All provide ease of fabrication and cleaning; prevention of product contamination offers a variety of finishes and appearances. It is used in corrosion resistant electrical enclosures, auto molding and trim, wheel covers, kitchen equipment, hose clamps, exhaust manifolds, stainless hardware, storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping, It has excellent for welding & excellent corrosion resistance and good resistance to inter granular corrosion
